Lang's services reflect the combined experience of the two founding partners, Janet Burke Langstaff and Rick Langstaff. Prior to establishing Lang, the partners consulted to Fortune 50 insurance, banking, and technology companies, helping to streamline their business operations. It's that track record which defines the firm's approach with every Medicare client.
Janet Langstaff, a former English teacher, began her business career as a management consultant with Coopers & Lybrand in New York (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers). Rick Langstaff, a former science editor for Macmillan Publishing, managed Clair Group LLC, a boutique process improvement consultancy. Together, Janet and Rick have advised hundreds of executive, financial, and sales management teams working for insurance, banking, and financial services companies.

Nicole Pinelli
Nicole has undergraduate and Masters degrees in Math and is a former high school math instructor. She leverages her teaching experience and analytical skills to help Medicare beneficiaries quantify the real costs of Medicare. Kathy Bierker
Kathy has over 25 years' experience in the healthcare industry, primarily in physical therapy working for major hospitals, outpatient fa-cilities, and skilled nursing units.
